I inherited my brother’s home in Calgary and knew that there was a lot of work to do prior to listing it. Being from Edmonton, my husband and I were not looking forward to traveling back and forth all winter to renovate. I found a flyer for Leger Home Buyers in the mail and decided to email them one evening for more information. Josh called me first thing the next morning and we had come to a very fair deal by noon. They told us that we could leave whatever we didn’t want in the house, and they would dispose of it, this included donating items to charitable organizations. Josh and Emily, the transaction coordinator, were great to deal with and so very kind and professional. The communication was ongoing, with Emily touching base with us often during the transaction. We are moving across the country next summer. We called Legere after trying a couple of other Cash for Homes companies.
